There is a way you might not have ever known,
and I’m here to tell you.
I’m about to give you a loan,
It is true…
There’s a reason why you’re not seeing a long blog post today,
this is how the universe plays; in fact, I wish this sort of day replays…
You don’t know how many times I’ve heard people say,
“being good gets you nowhere,”
this, my friend, is a wrong cliché.
Today I’ve learnt that good people get more than what’s fair.
Oh yes, the universe uses people that care…
It’s 00:08,
and it’s the first time in a long time I’m this late at posting,
but I know that you and I have a date.
Here I am hosting, roasting and “toasting.”
Yes, a day that went really good in so many years…
in every way.
I was getting tired rowing, for what seemed like “millennials.”
So be good and don’t stray.
There is a way you might not have ever known,
and I’m about to give you a loan,
and that loan is
“Be good, cause the universe/god is certainly wiser than you.”
I’m here to tell you that good people do get better than just good karma.
Honestly, from my heart today. Just be good. It’s the best thing you can be…
