Speaking Engagements

Bookings and Payment
Each engagement is individually quoted according to the nature, duration, format and requirements of the event.
To secure a booking and reserve the agreed date, an advance payment of 50% of the professional fee is required. The remaining balance is payable no later than 14 days prior to the engagement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For shorter or one-off sessions, full payment may be required in advance.
The engagement is considered confirmed once the agreed advance payment has been received.
All payments should be made to the bank account specified on the official invoice issued by T. Dench Patel Website Limited.
Travel & Accommodation
For in-person engagements requiring travel, all travel and accommodation costs are additional to the professional engagement fee and are the responsibility of the Client.
This includes, where applicable:
- International or domestic flights
- Hotel accommodation
- Airport transfers and local transportation
- Ground transportation to and from the venue
- Visa or travel-related costs where applicable
- Other reasonable, pre-approved travel expenses
Where possible, the Client may arrange flights, hotel accommodation and transportation directly. Alternatively, these costs may be invoiced separately in advance.
The required travel arrangements will be agreed with the Client before the engagement is confirmed.
Online engagements do not incur travel or accommodation expenses.
Cancelling & Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be agreed as part of the booking confirmation and will take into account the notice provided, preparation undertaken and any non-refundable travel or accommodation costs incurred.
Any cancellation by the Client after travel arrangements have been made remains subject to reimbursement of non-refundable expenses.
International Engagements
I am available for international speaking and meditation engagements, both online and in person.
International bookings are subject to availability and any applicable travel, immigration, tax and regulatory requirements.
A formal quotation and engagement confirmation will be provided before the booking is finalised.
