Hello,
hope you’re doing great today?
Hey, have you seen something that we’re all really not looking at these days? Not sure about you, but I am not watching the news currently or reading it. Today my older brother told me that Madagascar is using a herbal cure against COVID-19 and no one has died so far. So, me being me, I went to check out the story and the numbers. Yep true, no one has died of COVID-19 in Madagascar. There’s an element in the herbal cure which is used to fight Malaria is what articles are stating.
You know one can truly argue about what they read and see in the news and how much of it is reported vs the truth. That is why I’d say intuition is the best thing you can go with. Just like when you read my articles, I based them on what I’ve observed, what I’ve become aware of through my own experiences and made sense of that through learning about me and my story, learning about psychology (this was actually the first intuitive message I received when I came out of school), the mind, travel, but South Africa is where compassion really grew because I’ve seen so many people struggle. I can only share this and research where necessary from data and more in-depth research from organisations that specialise in certain areas mostly on social aspects. I’m happy to share what advanced me in my life, hacks, awareness, and knowledge I received to get out of what I classify as rubbish and into empowerment.
What has brought me to this topic? Before I came from England to South Africa, the year two thousand and eighteen, I didn’t understand why my body was trembling at night, especially at the area near my heart, even when I was sleeping or gave myself enough rest. I didn’t read about it or try to find out why. There were a lot of reactions that my body had from two thousand and thirteen onwards; after I left the domestic violence relationship. It wasn’t surprising one more was coming up. I took notice of last night’s trembling, it’s become part of my life now, but I’ve noticed that it’s lighter than what I used to have in the year two thousand and eighteen. The minute I was ready to look at my phone I went to Google and decided to pose the question after all these years, I finally put down the sleep trembling symptoms. The answer, I should have known, I have been dealing with it for some time, it’s anxiety. Then I went to my social media, call it the law of attraction, I stopped at video three or four for some reason, I saw a video from one of my favourite therapist’s profile, Esther Perel (not always tuning in with her though) there was another therapist talking. She gave an exercise on how to lower the anxiety, and she even stated what exercise increases anxiety. You won’t believe it, I actually do one of those exercises, yes, the one that increases anxiety.
Then, an hour ago, someone in my community posted a video on anxiety, so, I will go and watch that after I write this article. I really want this eliminated out of my spirit and body, glad the shaking, light trembling is much lighter than before. This is why I wanted to write this article for you so that you can live the life that you’re meant to live, deserve one hundred percent to live, and why passion helps you do that. Why the statement, I can do this one more time, it’s not going to kill me pushes you but know this, you will pay for that later in your life, you will. I have pushed myself to massive extents in the past, and then I realised that actually all this that I’ve taken on, is coming out from the reaction of my body, clearly stating, I must slow down now, no way can you do things like the past, you need to heal a lot that hasn’t been faced. You didn’t listen to your body or your spirit. – T. Dench Patel, 5 May 2020, 20:47
See, when you do what you passionate about, what your soul mission is calling you to do, you do not stress the body out, you can keep going, it doesn’t feel like a chore, now do you see why you are on earth, why you should tune in to the calling you keep getting but ignoring. Why do something that you are not aligned to and stress yourself out to find out in the short term that it wasn’t meant for you, it wasn’t even you, and you’ve put yourself, yes, your mental, emotional, physical and spirit through so much of things that weren’t worth it in the end? – T. This is what I want to relay to you, what are you burning the boat for? It better be worth it, because the amount of time it takes to burn the boat, it takes double the time to heal from/get up. Passion related jobs that come naturally to you cut off so much of unwanted stress because you don’t ever feel like you’re working in a day, you’re motivated to serve and you can go for hours doing it without feeling anything. The key thing is to keep following your guidance, the intuition, and not the competition. – T. Dench Patel, 5 May 2020, 21:00
Why? Because even the highest-paid singers in our world went off balance and had to balance this. Understand the competition can really motivate you when you’re good at your passion but don’t lose sight of the main reason why you are doing what you’re doing. If your reason isn’t good enough find a reason bigger enough. T. Dench Patel, 5 May 2020, 12:02
Be choosy about where, how you’re spending your energy and ask yourself if your service is coming from a superficial point or from a genuine concern, help and being solution orientated. If you have helped tons of people, then I’d say the anxiety has been worth it, but the aim is to channel the energy you’re putting in the choices of your decisions and when you do the plus and minus does it equal to and worth the number of people you are genuinely serving? This will be the defining point of everything that you’re doing. – T. Dench Patel, 5 May 2020, 21:09
This article is focusing on the balancing side of keeping your physical, spiritual, mental and emotional state intact, it’s not about purpose, because the journey of every person is different, it’s evolving them and directing them into a purpose that they never thought they’d once be involved in. A few examples of those are Michael. J. Fox, Lady Gaga and Annie Lennox just to name a few.
So, if you want to keep doing what you’re doing, especially if you love it to the bone, like anything it requires balance and balance helps feed the spirit, creativity, spark the inspiration, create harmony, peace etc. to be able to reach more people and move more lives. You are of no service to anyone if you can’t serve the self with love and respect first. – T. Dench Patel, 5 May 2020, 21:19
Yours sincerely,
