Hello friends,
a little late this evening, I’ve settled for this topic today because I’ve been getting questions on astral projection with regards to meditation on my video Have you released tears during meditation?
Let’s dive right in, there’s a lot to cover. You know it’s impressive to find thirteen-year-olds meditating, I mean today’s kids are so smart because more and more people are raising the frequency on this planet with all their stories and experiences. I seriously believe that COVID has given kids who had harsh bullying a break, the entire population on this planet has had and are having a lot of time to reflect in one way or another. Many people are talking about awakenings and at the same time, there is a concern over the negative spiral that some people have had due to not knowing or coming across the best information for them at the right time. Fear feeds on positive spirits unless you let it – T. Dench Patel, 13 October 2020, 22:11 Seriously don’t let your mind get lazy on falling for the negative illusions, it’s hard but there is gold at this moment, you will only see it clearly a couple of years from now or hey, maybe even sooner.
So, for young adolescents or teenagers who will have access to this article I’d say, fasting isn’t for everyone, depending on your health perhaps you have diabetes, any other illness or condition. Also, if you’re just starting with meditation and haven’t really felt progression or a connection to it, try not to take advance steps. I say this simply because it’s like starting as a seed, you nurture it, then you sprout, then you spread your roots and then you get stronger and taller, so tall that you astral project. Progression is great because you learn so much along the way about yourself and the experience but don’t go seeking an astral projection (just my opinion – an article on the link below explains a bit more).
There have been many times I’ve had experiences with regards to astral projection but believe it or not, it was the comment on the YouTube link above that made me aware of what astral projection really is after looking it up and doing some research. Lately, say about a month now I started to do intermittent fasting and I feel great, the intermittent fasting has taken my meditations to an acute level or higher state which I will describe shortly. Many people, like my father, don’t discuss his experiences with meditation, and even some entrepreneurs feel it can be a woo woo subject. I wonder if that is why my father doesn’t discuss his experiences in meditation. Now, saying this, this is a man that’s been meditating for over twenty years now, every single day and sometimes he can go for over three hours.
The astral projections I’ve had before intermittent fasting was often one in particular that I really loved, I haven’t felt this one in over a year now. The feeling that I am floating above the ground, feeling as light as a feather. I really loved that feeling, just can’t find the words to describe it to you (yes as a writer, this is true, somethings can’t be described, they just got to be experienced), I don’t know maybe one day I will be able to describe it in such a way where you experience it just like I have. I’ve felt the tingles on my fingers and fingertips, someone who has done meditation with me just to experience it in the year two thousand and nineteen said that their body had an interesting trembling as the light came through to their fingertips. I’ve had several of those experiences. Basically, astral projection refers to out of body experiences, where the conscious or soul is separate from the normal neural activities. Hence, why meditation gives you awareness more and more you do it because you can assess yourself while you’re in that state for example, what areas in your physical form you’re feeling out of alignment in, like a self-analysis.
Fasting exists in so many religions, and now I can see why. Meditation on an empty stomach just takes me on a deeper astral level, recently like no other compared to previous months, like I’m feeling brighter white and gold light for the last three weeks now. I felt a dream-like state as well. I also have one strong meal a day now and that’s usually lunch, one hundred percent vegetarian. Looking into fasting, its origins and reasons, Hindus and Buddhists fast to increase self-discipline (being hungry but not reacting), concentration and mindfulness, it’s also for purification. This article is incredibly good in terms of fasting and how it improves cognitive functions, longevity, better immune system, and weight control. This article is also very good in terms of its explanation on the three stages of fasting, i.e. the crisis stage of where the body uses it’s own resources to remove toxins from the body, then the fasting peak and lastly the normal fasting state. Here is the link to the article How fasting can benefit mindfulness, meditation and your overall health.
I also recommend this five-minute video by Sadhguru titled Dimension beyond the physical.
This article goes a bit deeper into Astral projection.
I can say that in my seven years of meditation I simply chose to stay into chakra meditation after trying many types of meditations, it’s the one that I feel connected to the most, and so if you’re starting to meditate my opinion is to try some of the guided meditations on YouTube. I have stuck to guided meditation for roughly four years or slightly longer before I started to meditate through self-guidance. It took learning a few meditations, observations of others, trying and testing the outcome from the guided meditation to finally conquering the self even when there are distractions, might I say, this is an ongoing process for all.
Hope this article helps you to understand more with regards to meditation if you are considering it.
Yours sincerely,
