Hello friends,
hope you are well.
Here we are on another fiery fried fired up day in South Africa, nope not Friday. I’m just teasing you ?.
We had an amazing storm yesterday, the massive raindrops were being pushed and shoved around by the wind, that it looked like a mixture of rain, steam and snow flying around. A pretty interesting combination for “hot springs.”
So, friends, how’s it going? Honestly, I mean I hope we will soon be able to get on with our lives. People are feeling so cooped up and they’re missing human interaction, i.e. live events and travelling freely (I guess that just sums it up), but of course, the economy will need to recover a bit. Today was like, hmm what topic? This one or that one … which one? And then this topic that you see right here came up in the shower.
You know there’s a saying out there, “The universe is always speaking to us. … Sending us little messages, causing coincidences and serendipities, reminding us to stop, to look around, to believe in something else, something more.” – Nancy Thayer
I don’t know how else to put it, see even the aborigines look out for signs to know if they’re on the right path. You will know it when you are on the right path, and the signs will still keep showing up, in doubt, they show up, even more, to remind us that we are on the right path. So, especially in times like these a lot of people are finding it hard to keep the faith, the belief has been shaken, their plans have been shaken and things can look a bit cloudy, while for others things can and are looking really dark. We still have to keep taking one step forward at a time. When we stop, we’ve basically quit. There’s just no stopping. Believing in what we’re doing is certainly going to be right one day, maybe not now, not later, not in five years’ time but that day will certainly come, and that will be one fine day. There are just too many people on this planet looking at each other predicting what’s going to happen to each other instead of just taking a look at where they’re at. – T. Dench Patel, 2 December 2020, 17:07 Just put the head down and work. Mind our own business, dig, set the foundations, plan, construct, change and knowing that we have decided, then watch how the universe just brings everything else to us when we need it.
Let me give you an example. My dad and I were talking, last week. My dad is going to be seventy-nine in a couple of days. He asked me, “How come I know so much, how come the priest we know for years don’t know all this?” I just took him straight to what I knew/know from experience. When you read my books The South African: True Colours, The South African: Roamer and other continuations of these books. There are some events that prepared me to just trust in the universe. I said to my dad, “Dad, if for whatever reason you tell me to leave this house tomorrow, I’ll go, whether I have anything on my name or not, I’m fearless. I trust God, the spirit guides, the universe (call it what you the reader want to call it) so much after so many experiences that I’ve had I know that as long as I acted from the truth, leaving the gate, there’ll be a new door opening for me, most likely already opened for me, i.e. all of a sudden I get a phone call or all of a sudden something just happens in my favour. You won’t believe what happened next. So, for months I’ve been trying to open a bank account in South Africa, but every time I went their systems were down or something (COVID) and it just wasn’t happening for me, I felt now is the time. After that conversation with my father, guess what I found? The contact card sitting right in front of me which I took in March 2020 from the woman who works at the bank (I called my dad straight away as this topic, i.e. opening a bank account was also what we spoke about before I went to the room). The woman who gave me the card asked me to call her so that she can sort it out for me (what a nice lady by the way), then say half hour goes by while meditating and the bank where the woman works had an advert running in the background, on the radio in my mum’s room. See these are clear signs if we just observe, be calm, silent and so I realised it’s time to call, done! Appointment made.
There has been a lot of events during this year, especially since COVID struck which created chaos in people’s lives, some for the first time and others were used to it even before COVID. In the chaos, many things that I’ve planned were cancelled or were on hold. I can tell you seriously all the pattern interrupters happened for a reason, while others seem to think I was stuck, I just had my head buried in what I was doing and following from my heart, so whether you feel stuck, you know, that limbo feeling or things aren’t going as planned just understand that there’s some bigger benefit to it. I can honestly say this when it came to all my things going wrong. I did my best, let it happen, and let other people’s story of my life just be a story in their head, as long as I know the truth. It’s knowing the difference between the noise and the calm. When you find the calm and belief in the noise know that you can achieve that soul mission, and as you continue, think of it as the universe is preparing everything behind the scenes to meet with what you have been creating in that divine timing so that you can move to the next divine plan. – T.
