Hey friends,
Do you know why I’ve decided to write about this topic?
It’s because of this video right here https://youtu.be/2OgfCso3Ank which I’ve put on YouTube on the 9th April 2019.
A lot of people have been asking me questions about this.
Let’s dive right in.
When I recorded this video, I guess it’s only then that I perhaps started asking this question but also if you see the description at the bottom of the video and the day it was posted, it kind of made sense, why I released tears in meditation a lot during that time.
As you can see in the comments, these were some of my responses.
- Maybe bliss or gratitude
- Letting go of charged events, emotions and traumas through tears in meditation
Another person responded burden is moved away from the soul. It’s like mental stress is removed through meditation.
Now that I have passed this moment and am still with meditation even from the 9th April 2019 (currently in my 6th year meditating every single day), I can go deeper into this subject.
Why we release tears when we meditate?
Whatever you’re feeling in your meditation at that moment can be very intense, this could be the connection with source, joy, releasing charged emotions, pain, gratitude or even sadness. We release tears so that we can heal, close emotional scars, open up to happier times as we come out of the coma of deep rest (depression), or even to some extent physical pain that is felt within us is released through mediation which could be meditation – T. Dench Patel, 21 July 2020, 15:46 To me it felt like the shedding of layers no longer necessary for me and my current moment. It felt as if I needed to let whatever came up be released and surrendered to the entire experience to become the light source I was meant to show up as and continue showing up as.
Release it all, leave nothing inside when the chance does arise to let go.
Did you know prayer can just about have you release tears as you would do in meditation?
Prayer is almost like meditation only contemplative.
You won’t know how much you have endured on the soul level until you have had a spiritual scan. Spiritual scanning occurs after spiritual awakenings.
See, how much you have taken on in your waking state, and how much you repress is all getting stored somewhere inside you. Where you have stored this can come out exploding through you through health issues. An article I will write about soon. When the body has taken too much over time and all the signs and symptoms get ignored (it’s the calling to change something) then it escalates to whatever way, which is different for everyone. This could be the actual spiritual awakening. Some people get the physical things removed from right under them to have this spiritual awakening while others are being pulled apart internally.
How many of you have become so numb to the pain that you can’t feel anymore what someone else does to you or for you (positive or negative), you are kind of just existing now?
Meditation is going to bring out all those “toxins” stored in your core, the core sense of yourself that caused you to change habits or thoughts to a negative state of mind and realign you. To realign you, what no longer serves you has to leave on a soul level. When what leaves intensely or is very charged within you it then can be released through tears, even heavy crying or even sobbing. Let it go, do not hold it back. Here you will understand that you’re part of source not part of what man created; the belief that men don’t cry, the belief that you have to be a soldier because somewhere someone told you that is who you should be. Let whatever comes up and out of you through your state leave do not hold it back like it’s been holding you back from that which you’re becoming. It’s time to step into your higher power – T. Think of this as a rug sack you have filled up, right to the top, or the lawnmower which can’t take any more cutgrass in the container, or the pressure of heat building up within a volcano.
As you grow and transcend with meditation you can simply release tears of bliss.
Until researching about this article that I’m writing right now I had no idea that there is even a crying meditation. Which I must admit to me sounds really good. There are people out there that have been through more than an average individual, they could be old souls, but their calling is so much more. These people need to release a lot of crying until they find the state that they need to be in to naturally evolve and continue on their own personal journey like everyone on this planet.
Here, take a look at what I found
According to this article Tears in meditation, tears out of meditation – How meditation can make you cry the blog writer goes into these points in detail of what increased crying during meditation.
- I feel more pain
- I feel more bliss
- I am more empathetic
- I care more about life
- My body cleanses itself
- Suppressed emotions come out
- I transcend
Here it the article on Crying meditation.
To end, let me know what comes up for you when you meditate, is there anything you’d like to add to what is already being said here? Any epiphanies?
Yours sincerely,
T. Dench Patel
