Hello friends,
hope you are well.
Here we are, did you miss me on Monday?
I am « en train de » a French term meaning “I am currently,” so I am en train de listening to spa music. It’s really nice and relaxing. I like spa music, it often has meditation music too and so you are probably asking the question of what this subject, taking out the trash means and has to do with spa music, going to the spa, self-love, and especially meditation.
Alright, let me ask you something. Do you declutter? How often do you clean your room? How often do you take out the trash? How often do you clean your house? How often do you clean your car or something so dear to you?
So, how come we have learnt to clean all things externally, yet we don’t remove the trash sitting inside of us internally? I mean you know it right, the things consuming you on the inside, eating at you; anger, resentment, hate, regret, pity, etc. So, why we’re always ensuring we’re all good outside but have so little pride with our home on the inside?
Surely if we’re creating clean energy externally it would be nothing but beneficial to arrange our home with clean, positive energy. Who takes out the trash at your home? Why are you waiting on them? Why are we upset with them if they don’t? Why is it their duty and not yours if it’s forgotten? Aren’t we responsible for the garbage we put out in the world and what it does to everyone and every living thing? What are the consequences of leaving the junk there and then spreading it in the world?
So, as I write this, I listen to spa music with theta, beta and solfeggio to help remove my inner anxieties, inner conflicts, struggle, stress and worry (whether I have some or none). Just so I can be clear of these while I try and purify this content from a subconscious meditational state and deliver it to you as clean as it can be for you to understand this concept in order to improve the state of your energy and the energy you spread to everyone else.
Ways to take out the trash
1) Meditation
2) Breathing exercise
3) Exercise
4) Sports
5) Write it down
6) Socialise
7) I think this is a very important one – Learn to say NO
8) Listen to music
9) Cuddle (Wow! I had no idea of this one)
10) Spend time with your pet
11) Laugh
12) Dancing
13) Arts and entertainment
I am sure there are much more ways.
I mean let’s face it, cleaning out the energy calls the spirit home. Wouldn’t you want to go home all excited if you enjoy living there if it’s really clean? Who wants to go to a negative home, who wants to live in a dark room, in a dark space? The majority wouldn’t. Darkness, dark energy, dark things attract darkness, dark situations and light attract the light things in life, light situations most of the time. A spirit is called to its home but it’s better if it loves coming home. – T. Dench Patel, 16 March 2021, 16:54 Wouldn’t you want to hang out at home if everything is cool?
The thing is that when you clear out the trash daily even if you have just 10 minutes, you operate clearly, less junk… I mean cleaning out the junk keeps the air free from dust, your workspace from dust, simply keeps things refreshed and nice similarly cleaning out the junk within you keeps you in alignment, your spirit in alignment and it keeps your aura clean. The same could be said for having saltwater baths in order to clean your energy and the same could be said for the state of your bin, literally and if it gets a wash as often as it should.
You know when we meditate, clean out our aura, our home inside or our energy our spirit can work almost like tuning the guitar before we start playing it and often we’d really like to start the song nicely, end the song well having all chords in all the right places, and stay in tune most of the time even if we know we’ve skipped a beat somewhere or our singing was somewhere out of line. No one is flawless, we’re just human but if we really wish to live more with intention then hopefully, we’d get it right most of the time while the mistakes that we didn’t do intentionally call for us to elevate our growth, spirit, consciousness. It becomes an automatic habit to work in alignment, it becomes a good habit that just keeps everything around one’s compass clean and clear of any clutter.
Taking out the trash, pulling out the weeds, have a garden you enjoy, all takes work while literally taking out the trash can take 5 minutes, doing the garden is anything from 20 minutes upwards, it simply is a question of how much time are you willing to give this, practise this and be willing to keep it up on the daily basis.
That’s all from me today. Thank you for spending your time here. I really appreciate you.
Yours sincerely,
T. Dench Patel
