It’s only in the last six years that I have really understood and still continue understanding alignment. You know what really gave me an aha moment about everything even more recently when I do my meditations? It was watching this part from the movie Aquaman. Check out the link below. If it’s too long, just take the video to the part when he is about to get the trident. I think it’s 3 minutes 40 seconds into the video. I see the light one transmits in the world as a connection with every living organism on our planet.

I found something interesting today. So, I have been doing yoga on and off but not at an advanced level. I’m more disciplined with dance, meditation, prayer, visualisation and affirmations. After watching this video, I finally get it with yoga. I will provide the link.
You know I used to observe people in London; on the tube. I wondered as some played games on their phones, some slept, others looking down, some talking to their friends, someone hiding their tears, some rushing for the tube and the faces of those doing the daily grind at rush hour. It was the reason I moved out of London. I felt unhappy there. You wake up not at the view of the sky, trees or birds but you wake up at the sight of another tall concrete building saying hi in front of your window. I felt like a bird put into a pigeonhole unit. London even for those who I met in the UK that lived on the outskirts and outside said that it was a kind of city that was nice to visit and stay over during the weekends or a long weekend. I agreed and still agree until today. I too looked at London this way over time.
Have you ever thought of yoga as an alignment instead of exercise? From the video, I understood that your posture if in alignment can download the cosmos. It’s almost like having an antenna and aligning it so that you can get the news or download the news.
Boy, now mathematics and geometry make even more sense. Both are not my strongest forces by the way. My report card always had a circle, and that was around mathematics. In the community, where I get my mentorship, some people only do yoga, some only do meditation, and others do both but one more seriously than the other.
Yoga is aligning the geometry of you to the geometry of creation so that you’re always in sync. The energy systems in your body play a significant role in your alignment.
I understood alignment as living your truth, living with conviction and staying true to yourself and your values. Once that has been recognised then you trust the divine plan and see the bs clearly, i.e. what is not in accordance with you. Can you remember a time when everything went inflow and went well? The signs were there, and you just had to follow them.
There are many things people do to get a state of flow; the art of surrender, practise gratitude, look after your body, live in the moment or be around nature.
My mentors always talk about being inflow. What does this mean? When you’re in alignment, things go with synchronicity. I will write an article on synchronicity for you.

When it comes to chakras, I can tell you a little about that. I’ve been doing chakra meditation for six years now, and I can personally say that that before meditating I had an empty feeling/a gap in my heart kind of feeling which has never returned in the last six years. The empty feeling/gap in my heart was acknowledged by me at roughly twenty-two years of age but grew bigger for over a decade.

This was my take from the video. “The geometry of your form invites certain things. You can’t help it. If you get the geometry right perception will burst from it. If the geometry of your body is in alignment with the geometry of the rest of the creation, suddenly you will find there is a rapo. A rapo which will allow you to download the whole cosmos into this one. If you live like this, you just a piece of flesh and bone. If you just get it right, suddenly this is something else.
Engineering yourself, engineering yourself does not mean to breathe a little better, to be little more healthy. This is about realising your full potential of what it means to be human.”
If you have been following all my posts you will see that I meditate, dance, pray, visualise, say affirmations, sometimes do yoga, do a practise gratitude, journaling, spend time in nature and greenery to find peace and to get aligned.
